WARRANT & CLAIM
Warranty:
USEDAUTOPARTSCENTRAL.US at its option, can either repair or replace the defective unit only with Used Engines. Thirty days and unlimited miles (unless otherwise noted) on parts only from the date of delivery. No warranty is covered on any attached accessories and parts such as manifolds, carburetors, distributor, alternator, starter, water pump, thermostat, clutch, flywheel, timing belt of belt-driving engine and all seals etc.
WARRANTY ON USED ENGINES COVERS THE BLOCK, HEADS AND INTERNALS. WE REQUIRE; THE REAR MAIN SEAL AND OIL FILTER BE CHANGED AND THE ENGINE BE FLUSHED. IN ADDITION WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE TIMING BELT AND WATER PUMP BE REPLACED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. WE DO NOT PROMISE ON MILES!! ACCESSORIES, SENSORS/ELECTRICAL ITEMS ON MOTOR ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND ARE INCLUDED AS A CONVENIENCE. WARRANTY ON LISTED PART(S) IS ONLY HONORED IF INSTALLED BY A REGISTERED ASE CERTIFIED MECHANIC/REPAIR FACILITY.
- No warranty is offered on Mazda rotary, high-performance, and racing engines or transmissions.
- No warranty is offered on car body parts.
- Used Transmissions: Thirty days from the date of delivery on parts only. Electrical switches, wiring system, shifting linkage and torque converter are not guaranteed.
- Due to the materials and composition of the powertrain (engine, transmission, transfer case) components, we do not warranty against surface rust that may accrue over time, if it does not affect the overall performance of the product sold. There is a reasonable expectation that surface rust will form no matter if the product is stored on a shelf or left in the donor vehicle until the time of sale.
Claim & Refund:
After returning your order, the refund policy would vary according to your mode of payment. You will find a brief of the payment method on your product receipt. You can keep a check at your refund status by contacting our billing department @ +1 209-800-2240

In the event the customer cancels the order before the product has shipped, the customer will be eligible for a partial refund after the deduction of a 25% restocking fee.
If the product is damaged or incorrect:
• Any damages to the delivered product must be reported within 24 hours
- For damaged or incorrect part customer must send a 20-sec unboxing video displaying the label via e-mail.
- The part needs to be shipped back to the yard. Once assessed and validated by the yard the refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. The customer must bear the return shipping charges.
- The refund will be completed in the next 4-7 working days.
- if the customer does not respond for a long time or fails to receive the part, then the part returns to the yard. In case if…
- i) The customer wants to receive or reprocess the order, then the customer will have to pay additional shipping charges.
- ii) The customer wants to cancel the order, then a partial refund will be issued after the deduction of the shipping charge. Every transaction is subjected to a 6-10% card processing fee.
Credit card Payment:
- For any reason, If your card issuing bank is not releasing the transaction with USEDAUTOPARTSCENTRAL.US Stripe. Then you must call the bank and authorize the transaction.
Shipping Policy:
For any freight parts, it is preferable to provide a business name and address. If there is no business address, kindly help us with a nearby Walmart parking address or there would be additional charges for delivery to a residential address.
Once the order is placed, it will take 5-7 working days to generate the tracking id. The delivery is entirely dependent on the dimensions of the product and the distance to be covered (10 – 12 working days).
If a wrong shipping address is provided by the customer, the organization does not hold any responsibility once the part is shipped. In such case, the customer will need to pay the additional charges for the reshipment of the same part. If the customer wants to cancel the order, then they will be eligible for a partial refund, after a deduction of 25% re-stocking fee of the paid amount.

Note: after we receive your return, the completion of the refund procedure may take two weeks maximum.
How are the refunds processed?
Once your product reaches back to our warehouse, we would start the refund process. This might take 3 days and after the refund is processed, it may take 5-7 working days to reach your end. This often depends on your mode of payment. To claim a refund (product not as described), you must send 25 seconds un-boxing video including a shipping label.
** There Is No Refund for Any Kind of Body parts, Exterior Parts or Electronic Parts.
